4 DAY UKULELE RETREAT

Albany Western Australia – APRIL 2013

Retreat Fee : $700 (Inclusive of accommodation, meals and workshops)
You will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your registration and I will send you the account details for you to transfer a one off payment of $700. When your payment is received, your place on the retreat is confirmed. An e-mail to that effect will be forwarded, together with more relevant information. Please tag your deposit with your name + Retreat (eg. B. Jones – Retreat)

RETREAT DATES : Arr. time – 2-5pm Friday 19th April 2013
Dep. time – before 2pm Tuesday 23rd April 2013

Accommodation : The accommodation is dormitory style with attached bathrooms. Depending on mix of male/female participants rooms will be allocated accordingly. Bring your own bedding and towels (except interstate or overseas participants).

Cancellation Policy : Life can take unexpected turns so if you need to cancel before 31st Jan 2013 you will receive a full refund. Although we expect to reach our target of allocated places, if you cancel after that time, you will only receive a refund if your allocated place is taken by someone else. If the retreat is cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
